When you invite a care recipients, it could be beneficial to customise the invitation email to fit the situation of the care recipients. Normally, the care recipients will receive the invitation email set in your company account, but there is a way to customise the experience of care recipients.

When you automatically add care recipients linked to your account to a separate ‘private’ company account of which one of your team members is the admin, this admin can then edit the invitation email via the Company Settings (the template for this is called “Invitation mail for potential new user” and can be found under ‘Email Settings’).
