The option to record a video-consult is not something we offer in all subscriptions. Only the practice-subscription and higher have this function.


The recording button is only available in consultation rooms. If you have the recording option available to you, you can find the recording-button in the upper left corner:


If you press it, the button will turn red for all participants:


There will be an additional notification when recording has started and has ended. When the recording has been completed, our server will process the file into a watchable video file and place it in the consultation room.
