The right to object to data processing. A user objects to the processing of his or her personal data by Zaurus.

Send an email to the Data Protection Officer -DPO- ( and state your:

  • first name;
  • last name;
  • email address.
  • add a motivation (which data may not be processed and what is your objection?).
  • please also include a copy of your ID or passport.

The DPO will make an appointment with you as soon as 

possible, in any case within four weeks.

You can also contact the DPO for any questions regarding this subject. Zaurus will comply with your request within a period of four weeks or reject your request (with reasons).

Important: If Zaurus acts as processor, the DPO will notify the controller of your request and will deal with your request together with the controller.

Important: If you make a request as a representative, please enclose a written authorization signed by the patient and a copy of the patient's ID or passport. If you are a legal representative, you can enclose the judicial statement in which you are appointed instead of an authorization. In other cases of representation, further consultation will take place between the representative, Zaurus (and the controller).
