There are a few reasons why you might not be able to dial in. We have a list with the most common ones.
The videocall has not started yet.
You can only dial in to a call that has started already.
You have disabled your caller ID
It is not possible to dial into Zaurus when you have disabled your caller ID. You can read here which steps Zaurus takes to safeguard your privacy.
You used the wrong code 5 times in 5 minutes.
To protect our callers from people who simply try to guess an acces code, we employed a limit on the number of times one can type in an incorrect access code.
When you enter the wrong code 5 times in 5 minutes, you will be blocked for 5 minutes. You can try again after 5 minutes more.
You tried dialing in 5 times in 5 minutes.
Another way we use to improve security is to limit the number of times you can dial in to 5 times per 5 minutes. Should you get blocked, you can try again after 5 minutes.
